ABOUT US
Turkish food with a Texan flair
We are a family owned, husband and wife operated food truck. Mustafa is originally from Istanbul, Turkey and came to Texas on an internship 6 years ago. He met Crystal (the Texan) at work, and after a quick courtship, we decided to root ourselves here in the Lone Star State. We have two beautiful daughters that are our original 'Turkish Texans' and inspiration for the name of our truck.
Our passion is good tastin food served with a helpin of Turkish Texan hospitality. We strive to give the freshest, most creative, and certainly tastiest food possible in hopes of becoming a favorite dine-by for our customers.
